Mrs. Hurd has been with the Perry-Lecompton school district for 21 years.  She currently works as an administrative assistant at PLHS.  Mrs. Hurd went to college for business, but most of what she does she taught herself. At different times during her career she has been a sponsor for Cheer, Blue Krew, Dance, and Student Council.  For 6 years she was apart of the Army Reserves. Mrs. Hurd likes the Drum Corps and loves music along with KU.
