Don Smith

      Don Smith has been teaching for 28 years and has been teaching 3 years at Perry-Lecompton.  He has a Bachelor's degree in history from Washburn and a Masters in special education from Washburn.  Currently, Mr. Smith teaches IRC classes at PLHS.      

      When Mr. Smith is not teaching, he really enjoys any outdoor activity, and is currently the high school girls head basketball coach.

 

"I became a teacher because of the good teachers I had when I was in high school.  I like that, now, I am able to make money by simply talking to people.  This is the greatest job ever."
